Pretoria Residence

The Pretoria residence consists of 24 blocks and 342 apartments directly linked to the Pretoria West TUT Campus by an access-controlled footpath and located at Ekhaya Junction. The residences have been designed with the safety, convenience, and budget of students in mind. Amenities like a Retail shop and takeaway, Canteen, Lounge, Laundry rooms, Study rooms, Garden space furniture, Storage, Lapa and pool area, a Basketball court, a Soccer field, and free WiFi are available at the Pretoria Residence.

Johannesburg Residence

The Johannesburg residences have been designed with the safety, convenience, and budget of students in mind. The residence is located at Braamfontein, Johannesburg, for WITS Students, Brixton, Johannesburg, for UJ Students, and Auckland Park, Johannesburg, for UJ Students. The residence comprises six other sub-residences, namely, BERTRAMS MEW, JOSEPH WING, MILL JUNCTION, YW JUNCTION, UMHLANGA JUNCTION,16 LIME STREET

Nelspruit Residence

The Nelspruit Residence is located at Promenade Mall, Samora Machel Dr, Nelspruit Central, Nelspruit, which consists of 250 beds for students. The residence provides amenities like Laundry rooms, Free WiFi, and Study room,s which make students feel at home always.
