- Completed Application forms must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Certified copy of the latest results/qualification
- Certified copy of Identity document
- An attached medical statement from a registered doctor, if you have any disability or ongoing medical condition that will require you to seek special assistance from the College.
The College cannot consider your application if all required supporting documentation is not attached
SWGC 2026/2027 Application Procedure
Follow the process below:
Step 1: Select your preferred program of study
- Application forms are available on the college website, www.swgc.co.za, or at any of the college’s sites or campuses.
- Select the program(s) you want to enroll in by visiting the College Prospectus (Click Here for the 2026/27 Prospectus).
Step 2: Application Forms 2026
- Hardcopy application forms must be filled out in clear, black writing. Your application form needs to be signed. Unsigned application forms will not be processed.
- Click HERE to apply online.
- Please be aware that the application form is not a registration form; successful applicants will get registration forms instead.
- An incomplete application will result in delays in the processing
Step 3: Supporting documentation
All applications require supporting documents to be submitted to the College.
