Western TVET College regularly offers a variety of vacancies, including internships, work-integrated learning (WIL), and work-based experience opportunities for students and graduates. These vacancies are valuable for those who want to gain practical skills in their field of study while improving their chances of finding good jobs after completing their courses. Whether you are studying business, engineering, or other programmes, Western TVET College often has openings to help you gain real-world experience. Most of the vacancies target students who have completed N4 to N6 certificates or NCV Level 4 qualifications. The college works with professional bodies such as FASSET to fund work experience programmes that focus on building your skills in areas like finance, marketing, management, and engineering.
These programmes usually last for a few months and give you the chance to learn on the job while completing your studies. If you are between 18 and 35 years old and live in Gauteng or are a student at Western TVET College, you can apply for these vacancies. The college prefers to give priority to its students, which makes it easier for you to find opportunities close to the campus. Applying involves submitting important documents like certified ID copies, CVs, and certificates.
Applications must be hand-delivered to the college’s Corporate Office in Randfontein, and it’s important to pay attention to closing dates because spots are limited. Vacancies at Western TVET College cover a wide range of study fields, such as business studies, including management, marketing, and financial management, as well as engineering programmes like electrical and mechanical engineering.
