Tvet Colleges  Admissions Criteria for the Second Semester

Before attempting to apply, all qualifying applicants who wish to study at the College must ensure that they have the following items:

  • A unique/valid Email address and cellphone number
  • 3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
  • 3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
  • South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
  • Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
  • A certified copy of your latest results/Grade 9 or Higher;
  • Proof of Residence.

  • Registration is open from 10 January until 13 January

Maluti TVET College:

  • Registration is open from 20 January until 17 February

Taletso TVET College:

  • Online registration is open from 12 January

Ekurhuleni East TVET College:

  • Walk-in registration is open from 9 January

Tshwane North TVET College:

  • 3 – 13 January: Online registration for new students
  • 16 – 20 January: Online and on-campus registration for returning and senior students

Nkangala TVET College

  • 9 – 13 January: Registration for new students
  • 16 – 20 January: Registration for returning students

Lephalale TVET College:

  • Registration for both the Modimolle and Lephalale campuses will take place from 16 January until 27 January.

Sekhukhune TVET College:

  • Registration for new students took place on 10 January

Vhembe TVET College:

  • Online registration is open from 10 January until 17 January

Tvet Colleges Second Semester Registration Procedure

  • Visit the official website of the College to access the online application form.
  • Select a course either Pre-Matric Programmes_2026, Occupational Programmes_2026 or Post-Matric Programmes_2026. Part-time studies are also included in the Brochures.
  • Review the course and fees policy
  • Complete the application
  • Provide all the important documents such as Valid ID, certified Results or certificate
  • Provide IDs of parents and/or guardians or death certificate where applicable
  • International students must provide their passport ID where applicable
  • Your application will be acknowledged via SMS & e-mail to confirm a successful application submission.
