South West Gauteng TVET College Graduation Date for 2026
South West Gauteng TVET College (SWGC) Graduation Ceremony will be held in February/March 2025, regarding the cancellation of the planned graduation ceremony scheduled for 7 August 2025
South West Gauteng TVET College Graduation Venue:
The graduation venue is always determined by the college administration, depending on the number of graduates. Normally, the graduation ceremonies are shifted through the various campuses so each campus can have a fair share.
Criteria For Graduands To Be Eligible To Graduate
For the student to be eligible to graduate, they must have met the minimum requirements below:
Report 191 National N Diploma
- The student must have completed N4, N5 & N6 for Business and Utility Studies, and N1-N6 for Engineering Studies.
- The above must be followed by or integrated with the relevant 18 months of practical work experience for the Business and Utility Studies Diploma and 24 months of practical work experience for the Engineering Studies Diploma.
- An application for a Diploma must be made with the Department of Higher Education and Training through the institution where the theoretical qualification was obtained.
- The students or the college must already own a National N
Diploma
National Certificate Vocational [NC (V)]
- The students must have completed all National Certificate Vocational Level, i.e., NC (V) Level 2, 3 & 5
- The student or the college must have all three NQF level certificates
