If you don’t scan your supporting documents first, the system can time out.
Save each document after uploading it separately, for example, an ID saved as “your name – ID document.
Your application will be denied if your supporting documents are not certified.

- The POPI provision must be studied carefully and accepted.
- You will receive an email notification once all 4 stages have been completed, confirming the application process has been successful.
