ENROLLMENT
You will always need the following three documents when applying at SCC:
- Certified Copy of ID/birth certificate;
- Certified Copy of Highest Grade Passed;
- Certified Copy of Proof of Residence.
- Certified documents must not be older than 3 months.

- Prepare Your Documents: Students wishing to enroll at South Cape College for the first time must submit these documents. Before you start the online process, make sure you have the following because you will need to upload them as part of your application.

How to apply to South Cape TVET College in 2023
Please be aware that you must provide an email address that is both current and useful in order for them to contact you.
Before beginning the application procedure, be certain that all of your supporting documents have been scanned.
If you don’t scan your supporting documents first, the system can time out.
Save each document after uploading it separately, for example, an ID saved as “your name – ID document – 2023.”
Your application will be denied if your supporting documents are not certified.
- To begin your application, click the “APPLY” button.
- To provide some basic information, you must finish a 4-step application process.
- The POPI provision must be studied carefully and accepted.
- You will receive an email notification once all 4 stages have been completed confirming the application process has been successful.
- You must load the following certified papers for the last stage.
- Identity card, birth certificate, or passport number (for those under 16).
- Most recent academic results (highest grade passed)
- Proof of address
You will be given a special student number right away, and you may check the status of your application online.
