Duncan College Application Requirements
- All first candidates who wish to enroll in classes at the College must possess and submit the supporting documents.
- Your ID document, certified copy. Certified copies of foreign students’ current passports and study permits must be submitted.
- certified copy of the most recent results/qualification declaration. Before being submitted, all international credentials must be assessed by the SAQA.
- Certified copy of ID of parent/guardian
Duncan College Application Process
Step 1:
- Download the registration forms from Duncan College’s official website.
- Choose the course you want to take; career counseling is offered.
- Fill out the online application for the program or course of your choice.
Step 2:
- your application’s supporting documents (Certified ID Copy, Results, and Next of Kin ID Copy).
- Your documents will be examined and accepted if they are clear and certified; however, if they are not clear or have an out-of-date date stamp, they will be denied.
Step 3:
- Each stage will be followed by an email updating you on the progress of your application.
- The college will begin the selection procedure and email you to let you know how your application is progressing.
- The registration information will be included in the email.
Step 4:
You will be notified via email that you have been admitted and are “Provisionally Accepted,” and you will be required to accept the offer through your student portal and print the enrollment paperwork.
Step 5:
Visit the campus to complete the process and register by completing it.
