Russell Road College Application Requirements
All applicants are to have the following available before applying for admission:
- Certified copy of your Identity document(compulsory for SA citizens) and Passport( International students)
- Latest Academic Results/Qualifications
- Certified copy of parent Identity document
- Proof of Residence
Foreign students
- Certified copies of passport
- SAQA-approved foreign qualifications
- Proof of medical insurance or cover
- Valid study permit
Russell Road College Online Application Procedure 2026-2027
By signing the application form, the applicant (and, if applicable, his parents/guardians) agrees to follow the College’s rules and regulations and pay the required fees. Admissions applications are subject to selection.
- Go to the official Port Elizabeth TVET College website at pecollege.edu.za
- Click on the “Apply Now” or “Online Application” link to open the I-Enabler portal.
- Start a new application. If you are applying for the first time, select “NO” when asked if you already have a student number.
- Take the placement tests if required. These usually include a Numeracy and Language test.
- Enter your personal details and academic information, then choose your preferred programme. In some cases, you may select two choices.
- Upload your documents in PDF format. Make sure they are clear, recent, and SAPS-certified.
- Submit your application once everything is complete. Be sure to save your confirmation details, including your student number, username, and password.
