Nkangala TVET College’s online application for the second semester is currently open for students who did not apply for the previous semester. The college advises that student submit their application within the period released as the application date before the closing date is due. The second semester period is open, so please remember to attach the required information when applying.
Application Date:
The second semester application period for the 2023-2024 academic year at Nkangala TVET College is open on 06th September and closes on September 11th 2023. The College urges that students apply during the provided period given before the closing date is due.

Required Documents
All qualified applicants wanting to study at the College must make sure they have the following available before attempting to apply:
- A unique/valid Email address and cellphone number
- 3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
- 3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
- South African applicants will need an ID number.
- Foreign applicants will need their certified copies of passport numbers.
- Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
- A certified copy of your latest results/Grade 9 or Higher;
- Proof of Residence.
- SAQA-approved foreign qualifications
- Proof of medical insurance or cover
- Valid study permit
How to Apply to Nkangala TVET College
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all new applications for 2023 must be completed via the online portal.
- The Protection of Personal Information Act came into effect on 1 July 2023. Nkangala TVET College considers the protection of your personal information to be of utmost importance and therefore needs your consent to store and process your personal information. All applicants are therefore required to complete, sign and upload a Personal Information Consent Form. Applicants under the age of 18 will require a signature from a parent or guardian as well.

All new applicants must complete the Placement Screening Test before applying. They will not process your applications without the Placement Screening Test.

- Applicants are required to complete a 4-step application process during which the applicant must supply some personal information.
- Please note that applicants are required to supply an email address which will be used in communicating with applicants.
- It is important to indicate in your application whether or not you are applying for a bursary as this information will be used by the Bursary Office to contact applicants at a later stage of the application process.
- The last step requires the applicant to load the following documents.
- Identity Document / Birth Certificate: if under 18 years / Passport number (if a foreign applicant)
- Most recent academic results
- Proof of Address
- Personal Information Consent Form
