KZN TVET College Online Application Process 2026/2027

STEP 1: CAREER GUIDANCE EXPLORATION
Before you apply, you must complete the career guidance assessment to help you choose the right course.
- Register by clicking on the “First time here?” button.
- Complete all the activities in the “Pre-entry Information” folder.
- Click on each section and finish all the screening questions, even if you are unsure of the answers.
- Remember to click “Finish” after every assessment.
Important Notes:
- This assessment is compulsory for all applicants.
- You may still choose your own course after the assessment.
- You will need to sign a form acknowledging your personal course choice.
- Your report can be viewed and saved for your records.
- Answer all questions honestly and do not allow anyone else to complete the screening for you. Incorrect information may lead to being placed in the wrong course and affect your studies.
STEP 2: PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT
After completing the career guidance step, log in to your profile and complete the literacy, numeracy, and course selection assessments.

- This assessment is compulsory.
- It is not a pass or fail test.
- Do not let anyone else complete it for you.
- The results help the college support your academic success.
STEP 3: ONLINE APPLICATION
This is the final step of your registration process. Without it, your application cannot be assessed.

- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
