Registrations are conducted online. Students will be allowed access to computer laboratories in the various campuses, to complete registration, should they require to Classes will commence in January.

Required Documents for CJC Registration for 2026

All students must submit or have the following available on registration:

• A certified copy of your most recent school report, Senior Certificate, or highest qualification results.
• A certified copy of your ID document. If you do not have one or it is lost, you can provide an affidavit with a photo or a birth certificate.
• Proof of where you live and your current contact details.

CJC Course Fees and Payment

• Central Johannesburg TVET College sets the course fees before the start of every academic year. For exact amounts, students should contact their campus.
• Students who do not apply for, or do not qualify for, the DHET NSFAS Bursary are required to pay at least 40% of their tuition fees when registering.
• The rest of the fees must be settled according to the agreed payment plan.
