Required Documents During the Ingwe TVET College Application Process
You will be required to upload these to the Application Form. Only use this link if you are applying to study at Ingwe College for the first time. Please UPLOAD the required documents:
- Three certified copies of ID/Passport/Birth Certificate
- Three certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
- One ID-size photo
- Copy Certified of the latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
- A unique Email address and cellphone number
If you need an NSFAS bursary, you must also upload:

How to Apply to Ingwe TVET College

- When you apply, you must pay a non-refundable application fee of R100. If you submit your application late, the fee will be R200. Make sure you meet the minimum entry requirements for your chosen course before applying to avoid unnecessary fees. Payment details are provided on the application form, but remember, paying the fee does not guarantee admission.
- Submit your completed application form to the campus where you want to study. Along with the form, include certified copies of your ID, your latest school results, the ID of a parent or guardian, and proof of payment. If applying online, you can upload these documents electronically.
- For foreign applicants, it is your responsibility to have your qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Without this evaluation, foreign students will not be accepted into the college.
- After submitting your application, Ingwe TVET College will notify you if you have been admitted. Admitted students will then be required to write a placement test. Following successful completion of the test, you are expected to attend classes as scheduled.
