Dower College is one of Port Elizabeth TVET Colleges that wants to empower their students with quality, market-related skills. The college focuses on developing individuals today in order to prepare them for tomorrow’s difficulties. The Dower Campus, on the borders of Salt Lake and West End, was a previous teachers’ training college that was eventually occupied by Bethelsdorp Technical College before combining with two other institutions in the PE metropole, Russell Road and Iqhayiya.
Dower Campus is the only location with a hostel that can accommodate students and a small number of staff members from around the country.

Dower College Online Application Requirements
The following documents will be requested of all students.
- A certificate of good conduct from their former educational institutions or workplace
- On application, a certified copy of the most recent school report must be supplied.
- Students with Grade 12
- Original and 8 certified copies of identification (if a student is 16 years or older) must be supplied at the time of application.
- A working cell number
- A working email address
How To Apply Dower College Online Application 2023 For the Second Semester
- Obtain your application form at the school’s Campus. Make sure you apply within the application cycle to avoid your application being rejected.
- Fill in the form with all necessary documentation (Latest Academic Results) that is required of you to support your application. Certified copy of guardian\parent ID, Proof of residence, and Student certified ID.
- Recall that you will need an email address when filling out the form, It is, therefore, advisable to create an email address if you don’t have one.

- A full application submitted entirely must include a certified copy of your ID and a certified copy of your latest school results as stated above.
