Northlink College has various financially supported bursaries which include, NSFAS sponsored by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) of South Africa. bursary scheme provides access to vocational education and training at public FET Colleges for talented students who are financially needy. The funds are categorised based on a variety of characteristics. The funds are sent directly to the College on behalf of successful candidates. They are not compensated to the students directly. Who Qualifies for NSFAS Fund At Nortghlink College 2026
A limited number of persons are eligible for the NSFAS bursary at Northlink College. The students who are eligible for the plan are listed below;
- Only South African Citizens are eligible for this bursary scheme
- A student must be registered or intend to register on an NC(V) or Report 191 (NATED) programme
- Financially needy students with academic potential
- Students must have Evidence of good academic performance must be provided for all Levels.
- All SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
- Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350 000 per annum
- A person with a disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 per annum
- The current process for applying for an NSFAS Bursary has changed and all new applications are referred to the NSFAS Website.

- A valid ID of parents and/or guardians (or death certificate where applicable)
- A valid ID of each person living with you in your home
- Pay advice/letter of employment/pension advice (not older than three months)

- Create a myNSFAS account
