The O.R. Tambo District Municipality, in the Eastern Region of the Eastern Cape Province, is home to King Sabata Dalindyebo TVET College. It is ideally situated to service three District Municipalities in the Eastern and Northern Regions of the Eastern Cape Province’s most remote locations (O.R. Tambo, Amathole, and Chris Hani District). 28 per cent of the people in the Eastern Cape are served by King Sabata Dalindyebo TVET College. The majority of young individuals who are unemployed live in this area. There are eight campuses that make up the college: Mthatha, Libode, Mapuzi, Mngazi, Ngcobo, Ntabozuko, and Zimbane Campus. Libode Campus– It is actually in the middle, halfway between Port St. John’s and Mthatha, and is located 40 kilometres from the main administrative building.
Natural disasters and water-borne diseases are particularly common in the region.
It is a component of the Nyandeni Local Municipality, with a small portion being the Wild Coast.
The accessibility and relationship-building skills of the campus are a strength.

Mapuzi Campus– Is situated at Coffee Bay along the wild coast, 120 kilometers from the main office, and is surrounded by deep rural settlements that are actively engaged in tourism, hospitality, arts and crafts, and limited traditional or subsistence fishing.

Ngcobo Campus-Is situated in a hinterland 90 kilometers from the main office, midway between the Eastern and Central areas of the Eastern Cape.
The region is primarily rural, and the residents there significantly rely on subsistence farming and public services.
The R61 Road to Queenstown and the Dutywa Road provide excellent access to this institution, which prides itself on having solid partnerships with its stakeholders.
Because of its close ties to its stakeholders, the College was able to secure the property for the potential launch of a new agricultural department.

Ntabozuko Campus– This is 115 km from the central office and is located at Xhora (Elliotdale), which is also in the deep rural areas of the region. It is located a few kilometers from Nkanya beach, and not far from the Haven Beach Resort which is also along the wild coast. The strength of this campus is that it has student residences and has made strides in the placement of students.

Zimbane Campus is about 11 km from the central administration office and is located in the former Department of Manpower later the Department of Labour (DOL) training center. It is surrounded by semi-rural communities that are involved in small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises (SMMEs). The strength of this campus is that it has good interactions with local businesses.
