All freshmen applicants and returning students are warmly welcome to apply for admission into the 2023/2024 academic year at Orbit Tvet College. Applicants are encouraged to visit the college’s official website to apply online for the second semester. The Orbit online applications for the second-semester term 3 will be open from July 17th and will close on July 24th. Submission of the application after the given date will be denied and will not be processed.
The College offers both National certificate and vocational courses (NCV), and National diploma courses (Nated), Report 191 courses. All prospective students seeking admission into the College will be required to select a course from the courses available in the College. Learners who have completed a Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of a Higher Certificate achievement may consider studying further at a TVET College for a National Diploma. - Upload Supporting Documents
You will be required to upload your ID or passport and your matric results onto the system. If you are transferring from another college, you must also upload your previous academic results along with a transfer letter.
- Application Review
A selection committee will evaluate your application and academic records. The selection criteria are published on the college website. If you meet the requirements, you will receive an SMS notification, or you can check your status on the iEnabler system under “REVIEW APPLICATION STATUS” to see if you have been provisionally accepted or rejected. Make sure the contact number you provide is valid to receive updates.
- Final Approval
If your application is successful, you will receive a final SMS confirmation, or you can again check your status on the iEnabler system under “REVIEW APPLICATION STATUS.” This confirmation means your application has been officially approved.
