Kathu College Registration begins a few weeks after application. After gaining admission to the college, provisional students are required to register for their courses and programs before there considered students of the college. Applicants who successfully applied to the college are to register for the academic year. Applicants are advised to proceed with their registration procedure by the college registrars by mail, SMS, and phone calls beginning September 1st, 2023 and ending January 1st, 2024. An online registration form is made available to all applicants. An online registration form is an online form where the provisional student’s name, age, gender, contact information, address, grade level, and most recent school results.

- Latest Academic Results
- IDs of parents and guardian (or death certificate where applicable)
- IDs of each person living with you in your home
- Pay advice/letter of employment/pension advice (not older than three months)

- Pre-Matric Business Studies (NCV) : Minimum: Grade 9 or equivalent required
- Pre-Matric Engineering (NCV) : Minimum: Grade 9 or equivalent required
- Post-Matric Business Studies (Nated) : Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Post-Matric Engineering (Nated): Minimum: Grade 12 with Maths & Science
