How To Apply For Ehlanzeni TVET College Courses

Applicants are required to have completed Grade 9 to qualify for both NCV and Report 191 N1 programmes, and a National Senior Certificate (NSC) to qualify for Report 191 N4. To apply, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1:

Begin with the Career Guidance Exploration to help you choose the right career path. You can explore different careers and return later to complete Steps 2 and 3. Just make sure to keep your username and password safe so you can log in again at any time.

Step 2:

Log back into the Profiler System and complete the Pre-Entry Placement Assessment section, as shown in the instructional video.

Important Notes About the Placement Test:

  • Completing the placement screening is compulsory, but you still have the freedom to select your preferred course. If you choose differently from your screening results, you will need to sign an acknowledgement form.
  • Your report can be viewed and saved for your records.
  • Make sure to also complete the college’s online application form, which can be found on the official website.
  • Follow all instructions carefully and answer honestly. Do not allow anyone else to complete the screening for you, as this could lead to an incorrect course recommendation.

When registering for the first time, click “First Time Here?” and complete everything in the “Pre-Entry Information” folder. Open each section, answer all questions, and click “Finish” after every assessment.
Keep your username and password in a safe place, as you will need them to log in again if your internet connection drops or when you return as a Returning User. If you forget your login details, you can reset them using the “Returning User” option.

Step 3:

Complete the Online Application by filling out the required form and uploading your supporting documents in PDF format. This final step is necessary for your application to be processed, so ensure all digital files are ready before submission.
