Boland College is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institution that services the vast rural Boland region, which includes the Winelands, Overberg, Breede River Valley, Hex River Valley, and Helderberg. Boland College, a rural college, has five campuses: Caledon, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Strand, and Worcester, with its headquarters in Stellenbosch. Prior to the merger, four of these campuses were independent, competing institutions, each with a long and proud record of outstanding education and outcomes, as well as some autonomy.
