How To Apply For Tvet College Online Late Application 2026/2027

Newly completed high school graduates with a passing grade between 9-12 are all invited to apply for admission into any of the Tvet Colleges for the 2023/2024 academic year to further their academics in national certificates and vocational courses (NCV) and National Diploma courses(NATED). Applications are open from the 1st of April to the 30th of November. Applicants are to download the application forms from the official website of the college, fill it out and submit it within the application period.

Tvet colleges receive a lot of applications each time the academic year is open for prospective students to apply. Therefore late applications will only be accepted if there are still empty spaces to fill. If not then the college will not accept late applications. It is therefore very important to apply as early as possible to increase your chances of being admitted into the college.

Applicants will need the following when applying to a Tvet college:

South African Citizens

  • A certified copy of your ID
  • Latest school results
  • Proof of Residence
  • Valid Email Address

International Students

  • Certified copies of passport
  • SAQA-approved foreign qualifications
  • Proof of medical insurance or cover
  • Valid study permit

Tvet colleges that are open for the 2026 academic year are still accepting applications, to apply, follow the process provided:

  • To obtain an application form, go to the college’s website.
  • Fill in the blanks.
  • Choose a course that corresponds to your qualifications.
  • Provide all necessary documentation, such as a valid identification card, certified results, or a certificate.
  • Where relevant, provide identification of parents and/or guardians, as well as a death certificate.
  • Where applicable, international students must present their passport ID.
