This certificate has been created to help learners who are highly skilled and interested in a particular occupational or vocational field get the skills they need to continue their education, find employment, and/or contribute to the industry at entry-level or second-tier levels. With this degree, it is possible to complete specialized, in-depth post-foundational learning without also having to take the other general, formative academic courses that are expected of learners at this level who are enrolled in academic settings.
The primary goal of this qualification is to provide the student with the technical, theoretical, applied, and workplace knowledge and abilities necessary in their chosen occupational or vocational field. By completing the related N4, N5, and N6 courses in a specific vocation or occupational area, either separately with breaks in between or in one extended study period of a year or 18 months, learners can gradually obtain the qualification.
They can then apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired for an extended period in the workplace. For the student to be awarded the National N Diploma, Level 6, the N4+N5+N6 must be followed by or merged with the pertinent 18 or 24 months of practical workplace learning, regardless of how they are accomplished. does ufs accept n6
