HOW TO REGISTER/APPLY GOLDFIELDS TVET COLLEGE ONLINE APPLICATION 2026
STEP 1.
Choose the course you want to take; career counseling is offered. Fill out the online application for the program or course of your choice
STEP 2.
Your application’s supporting documents (Certified ID Copy, Results, Next of Kin ID Copy). Your documents will be examined and accepted if they are clear and certified; however, if they are not clear or have an out-of-date date stamp, they will be denied.
STEP 3.
Each stage will be followed by an email updating you on the progress of your application. The college will begin the selection procedure and email you to let you know how your application is progressing.
The registration information will be included in the email.
STEP 4.
If you are admitted, you will receive an email informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrolment form.
STEP 5.
Goldfields TVET College Required Documents For Registration
Finalise the process by visiting the campus to finalise your registration. When you visit the campus, you need to bring the following documentation with you:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of your parent or Next of Kin
- Proof of residence (foreign students)
- Certified copies of the highest qualifications OR
- Certified copies of the latest school results

National Certificate (Vocational):
NC(V) programmes are delivered under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training and quality assured by Umalusi. The programmes integrate theory and practice and provide students with a broad range of knowledge and practical skills within specific industry fields:

Full Certificates on NQF Level 2, 3, and 4 NC(V) Level 4 Certificate is equivalent to National Senior Certificate (matric)
